Chief Business Officer.
I have a 20 year long career from the hardware and E-sport industry. Starting with a sales position at Dell Computers in Denmark, with frequent top performances. Later moved on to build the company Komplett in the Swedish market together with its founders. This was a brake through career wise, which led to a position as a key account manager at Boston Distribution. Getting insight in the world of distribution and reseller management. Subsequently, got head hunted over to SteelSeries as general manger for the Nordic, Baltic and Italian region.
Increased the sales of my regions from 1,4 million Euro yearly to 14 million Euro yearly over a five year period. Through allocating exclusivities and marketing budgets to specific stores and chains. During my years I built a very strong network of resellers and distributors, from smaller stores to international chains.
I was deeply involved in the product development process and I was the driving force behind the international success of the multi-coloured Siberia headset. Moreover, I was the man behind multiple renowned marketing campaigns. Collaborated closely with companies and organizations like Media Markt, Blizzard Entertainment, UFC and Valve.
I quit my position at SteelSeries to pursue my passion to own a professional E-sport team. I went on to build up one of the most successful teams in the world Ninjas in Pyjamas (NiP) and also found two additional successful teams, LGB E-sport and Copenhagen Wolves. It was a tremendous journey, managing players, managers, merchandise deals and much more.
Subsequentely I moved to FadeCase as head of sales and business development. The challenge has been to build all the sales and distribution channels. I have managed to get a worldwide cover of the brand ranging from Europe, Asia, Africa and America
